When can I book a call?

When does coaching start?

Coaching begins as soon as you book your first session.

When do I get access to you?

You will have access to me via email and Nudge app throughout the coaching program. I will be there to support you every step of the way.
You will also have access to me via Zoom for 15 minutes each week.

Do you provide weekly menus?

While I don’t provide weekly menus, I will empower, support, and teach you how to create them yourself.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Each week, we’ll have a 15-minute zoom call to go over how your week went and to help you have a good plan for the next week.

Do you offer a payment plan?
