My Transformation

I started my Trim Healthy journey in August 2021. In the first year, I lost 55 pounds. I have continued to maintain and bounce up and down some, but I continue to lose inches. My secret is committing to staying on the plan no matter what as much as I can. I have gone from a size 3XL to a large/X-Large in all in my clothing. I love this lifestyle, and will remain a Trim Healthy Mama for life. It has blessed my family and I, and I want to help you achieve your health goals too.

I am still on the weight loss side of the journey, but I leave it all in God’s hands after I do as much as I can to honor Him, my body, and my health.
